Not at all. 

Yoga therapy is nothing like a generic yoga class.  Yoga therapy is steeped in ancient tradition and evidence-based modern science. 

Your yoga therapy sessions might be one-to-one, or part of a small, intimate group of like-minded people.   Imagine this:  Every session is about YOU.

Do you need expensive, designer yoga gear?

Absolutely not. 

In fact, you can wear what ever you like.  As long as you are comfortable.
