I have been enjoying Lauren’s Hatha Yoga classes for several years now and would not go anywhere else. Lauren tailors each lesson with relaxation, targeted exercises and thoughtful assistance. My body and mind have benefited enormously from her classes.

I have been going to Lauren's Tava Yoga for many years now. It has taught me to meditate, relax and has allowed me to become more flexible. She is a wonderful, empathetic teacher who has great knowledge about the body, injury and differentiating for students in her classes. Tava Yoga has changed my life! After a hectic day at work, itis the best exercise for rebalancing one's energy and allows one to unwind and stretch out tense muscles.
